Route insurance, is an optional insurance coverage provided by Route. It is designed to protect your package from loss, theft, and damage during transit, which are not covered by our refund policy. We partnered with Route to offer this additional protection to our customers, as we understand the importance of ensuring the safe delivery of your orders.
If you do not wish to have the Route insurance added to your order, you can easily remove it during the final checkout process. Just below the large orange words 'YOUR ORDER' you can toggle it off.
