• Do you offer international shipping?

  Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally . We are a small business located in North Carolina, USA and do not yet have that ability.

• How do I file a claim with Route?

  If you have purchases Route shipping insurance at checkout, you will need to file a claim with them for loss or theft. Here is the link where you can file your claim, https://shoppers.help.route.com/hc/en-us. You can use either your Route order number, or your Simple Kneads order number.
