  Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally . We are a small business located in North Carolina, USA and do not yet have that ability.

• How do I file a claim with Shipping Insurance?

  If you have purchased Shipping Insurance at checkout, you will need to contact our customer support team at support@simplekneads.com to file a claim for loss, theft, or damage.

• How long does it take to process and ship my order?

  Shipping is free when you purchase 4 loaves. Orders of 2 loaves have a $5.00 shipping fee. Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
