Do your different flavors contain seeds?

All our loaves contain ground psyllium and ground flax, which are baked into them. The Pumpkinickel loaf has little caraway seeds baked inside and a light sprinkling of pumpkin seeds on the crust. The Sourdough loaf has sunflower seeds on the crust and the Quinoa loaf has quinoa sprinkled lightly on top. All the seeds on top of the loaves can be brushed off easily if needed.
