  • Why did I not receive a full refund?

    If you had purchased Route shipping insurance at checkout, and later requested/received a refund for your order, we are unable to refund the insurance fee. This charge was for shipping insurance purposes, and since your bread was successfully shipped to you, the insurance remains in effect.
