• What payment methods do you accept?

  We offer two secure payment options: credit card and debit cards.

• Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

  Changes to an order after it is placed must be done through our Customer Service team, please email them at support@simplekneads.com. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

• Do you take EBT payments?

• Can I create my own combination of flavors?

  We only offer combos on our site. We have limited the options to reduce errors in packaging, as we pack every box by hand. However, I can assure you that all of our combos are carefully curated to provide a variety of flavors and textures.
