• How can I contact your customer support team?

  You can contact us via our "contact us" page on the website or via email at support@simplekneads.com

• How long does it take to receive a response to inquiries?

  We try to respond as often as possible within 24 hours.  However, we are a small company and it may take up to 48-70 hours for a response.

• What are your customer support hours of operation?

  Our dedicated Customer Service hours are 9am-5pm eastern Monday through Friday. Anything outside of those hours is a bonus.
